| The track has 85 illustrations starting with Queen Victoria and ending with a view of Sebastopol from Fort Constantine. At first the national and military leaders are shown, and other ranks and participants,including Victor Emanuel, King of Sardinia, Murat Bey Chief of the Bashi Bazouks, Vivandiere, and Miss Nightingale, Superintendent of the nurses.
The illustrated label on the cover board is initialled JRB (JR Barfoot), so the other pictures are presumably also lithographs by him. |
